Name: Ronald Boettiger Date: October 8th, 1935 - January 7th, 2010 Obituary: Ronald Walter Boettiger, age 74, of Crandon, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, January 7, 2010. Ronald was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 8, 1935 the son of the late Walter and Caroline Boettiger. Ronald grew up in Milwaukee. On June 22, 1957 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Hartford, WI he married Mary Elizabeth Greasmer. She preceded him in death on September 16, 2009. They moved from Milwaukee to Hartford in 1970 where Ronald worked as a Mechanical Engineer for the Koehring Company and in 1982 he was transferred to Iowa and returned to Milwaukee in 1992. After his retirement they moved to Crandon in December 2000. He is survived by: Daughter: Denise (Dave) Stenz, Crandon Son: Durand (Maggie) Boettiger, Hartford, WI Grandson: Jason (Amber) Plemons and three great grandchildren. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 13 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Weber-Hill Funeral Home, Crandon. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bill Farr officiating. Inurnment will be at Crandon Lakeside Cemetery.
